是国家旅游局（现已更名为国家文化和旅游局）。

国家旅游局是中国政府负责领导和管理旅游事务的行政机构，属于中央政府的部门。其主要职责包括制定和实施旅游发展规划、推动旅游产业发展、促进旅游市场监管、推进旅游法规制度建设等。国家旅游局在全国范围内负责协调和推动旅游资源的开发利用、旅游产品的创新和推广、旅游服务质量的提升等工作，以促进我国旅游业的可持续发展。
